Off Track

I had been doing so well at crafting and posting but life side lined me and my crafts.  My son has been diagnosed with skin cancer.  I will keep finishing crafts - it helps keep me sane.

I've sat here all weekend!

I started Saturday evening and most of the day on Sunday and finally the background is finished!!  Just a few stitches and one project will be completely stitched.

Finishing up and taking notes

So many things have happened in my life since I last posted but the most important is probably that I still want to finish things - not just projects but in my life in general.  Although I feel like no one else reads this I will share my thoughts and progress here warm under the quilt.

This week I pulled out a started cross stitch.  I don't even remember how many years ago I started it.  This is a Hanukkah decoration and something I still like and want to keep.  It's called Hanukkah Bits by Erica Michaels.  I am a Erica Michaels fan.  She has a lot of free patterns at Rainbow Gallery .  I have either made or plan to start any of the charts.

 

 

 

I actually started working on this again about this about Wednesday.  I'm hoping I will be able to finish this before next weekend.
